C\u2019est un fleuve des Enfers (Had\u00e8s) dont les eaux avaient le pouvoir de faire oublier. Les morts qui en buvaient oubliaient leur vie ant\u00e9rieure avant de se r\u00e9incarner ou de demeurer dans l\u2019au-del\u00e0.<\/span><\/span><\/p><div dir=\"ltr\"><p>Ce dessin explore une id\u00e9e de m\u00e9moire invers\u00e9e, un \u00ab L\u00e9th\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019envers \u00bb : au lieu de lib\u00e9rer, il fige l\u2019identit\u00e9 dans un pass\u00e9 id\u00e9alis\u00e9. Traverser ce fleuve serait se transformer, laisser derri\u00e8re soi le poids ancien et s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019autre, \u00e0 l\u2019inconnu. Mais parfois, la m\u00e9moire choisit de retenir seulement ce qui prot\u00e8ge notre stabilit\u00e9, refusant le changement et le risque de l\u2019inattendu.<\/p><p><em><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">\u00c0<\/span><\/span> propos de mon\u00a0 pays, d&rsquo; autres,de moi et les l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du territoire, mais venant de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">En avan\u00e7ant, on ne sait pas encore qu\u2019un arbre, une vall\u00e9e, une colline sont des points de rep\u00e8re pour s\u2019orienter.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">Ainsi, en quittant la vitesse et l\u2019uniformit\u00e9 de la grande route, on entre dans un autre temps, diff\u00e9rent, personnel\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span d\u2019un voyage en voiture avec ma famille, en quittant la maison \u00e0 San Fernando, ma ville natale au Chili, nous prenions la Panamericana Norte, cette autoroute qui parcourt le pays du nord au sud et au-del\u00e0.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">Subitement, nous bifurquions sur une route de terre lat\u00e9rale, passant sous un petit tunnel au-dessus duquel passait le train.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">En franchissant cette porte \u00e9troite, je ressentis un \u00e9merveillement intense : tout un nouveau paysage se d\u00e9ployait devant nous, un chemin qui se perdait vers la cordill\u00e8re.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">Un atajo, un tajo abierto\u2026 un tunnel comme fronti\u00e8re, limite et entr\u00e9e vers un territoire nouveau\u2026 une br\u00e8che, une entaille, presque comme une blessure dans l\u2019espace, par laquelle se d\u00e9ploie un paysage diff\u00e9rent.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-font\"><span class=\"ox-7449ae6988-size\">Quand on d\u00e9cidait de rentrer \u00e0 la maison, on choisissait un chemin compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent, et avec lui, un temps diff\u00e9rent. toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 guid\u00e9 par ceux qui ont trouv\u00e9 dans l\u2019absence de couleur une voix plus pure, plus intense. Dans leurs traits, l\u2019intranquillit\u00e9, le doute, la beaut\u00e9 bris\u00e9e. Dans leurs formes, le poids de ce qu\u2019on ne dit pas.<\/p><p>Mon travail graphique se nourrit de cet h\u00e9ritage : le noir comme ab\u00eeme, le blanc comme d\u00e9livrance .
